I’m a little scared to post this edition of What Sammy Wears [WSW], formerly Breezeway Beauty.
I’m scared for a few reasons. Allow me to share.
a.) I wore black on brown. Isn’t that supposed to be like, a fashion faux pas or something?
b.) I admit that I wear leggings under my jeans to keep warm in the winter. Like an old woman/6-year-old.
c.) My hair makes me look a bit like a guido.

It gets pretty cold up here in the Northeast. I mean, not saying it doesn’t get cold in other places. But thanks to my extremely low blood circulation [sometimes my lips and nails turn purple. Literally], I like to layer. A lot. Thus, leggings below jeans.
If I had the chance to play strip poker during the winter months … I’d win. HA.
I swear to you, Payless is my favorite place to buy shoes. Now are they ethically produced? I don’t know. But do they freakin’ last? YES. I’ve had this pair since last fall, 2008.
And at the perfect price point, too – most Payless picks are under $40!
