I have a few pieces of our grandmother’s which may be from the 1940s-60s. I haven’t given much thought to temperature, but I have kept them from light and kept them in a jewelry chest. I live in the Pacific NW, however I do not have central a/c in my home. In the summertime or during higher temperatures; perhaps I should keep jewelry in a thermal, insulated “cooler” container?
