I love pretty much vintage clothing store or market...most of my vintage finds have come from small vendors. If it's got to be a store, I'd say Arch Angel Antiques on east 9th. It's not just clothes, but everything in there is amazing--it's a treasure trove.

Ohh, tough question. I think my favorite vintage store is Angela's Vintage Boutique. I find that they tend to have clothes from the 50s/60s era (my fave) and also clothes in my size more often than other stores. There also used to be an amazing little vintage store on Ave B and 11th st--I forget the name of it and I haven't been back in a while, so I don't even know if it's still there.

I love love love Vintage Thrift on 3rd Ave. Not only have I grabbed some pretty spectacular items from their auction window (I literally begged for this one phone-- and I don't even have a land line!) but they have gorgeously curated clothes and housewares for reasonable prices consistently. The best part is that proceeds go to a community organization, United Jewish Council of the East Side, so you're helping out a bit too.

Everything Goes on Staten. My key accessory is the scarf and that shop has an entire room dedicated to them. Plus, they have a vintage furniture gallery, a vintage book shop and cafe, and a vintage art store with paintings and sculpture. My fav website is for Vegas' The Attic. Love their blog and highlights of their newest items.

What an amazing opportunity, I can't even imagine having access to 3 floors of vintage clothing! Do they rent out the clothing or is it also for sale?

The photographs came out well, I wear '70s clothing on a daily basis so it's interesting to see how high fashion has interpreted these looks.
