My little blue & white headband & bouquet were handmade and given to me as a wedding gift and my husband’s outfit was already in his wardrobe so that was more savings!

Oh, dear, I have a dreadful memory and don’t remember about the hat, but I’ll bet we went to Hot Couture, a lovely vintage clothing store here in Santa Rosa (California) and asked Marta, the proprietor, to help us find a hat to match the era of the dress.

Thank you for including us in the blog, Sammy! It was a joy to see all the photos, especially the one of Eric and me with my dad, who died 3 months ago, and my stepmother.

Oh My God!!! I got the goose bumps through this whole post. I feel so honored on having my parents wedding picture posted here and to see it as participant of this blog just gave me the chills! Thank you Sammy.
I am working on getting my Mom’s “crown” back, somehow it got lost somewhere in Colombia. It will become my most care of treasure when I get it back. I might even think about sharing a picture of it with you Sammy (Just Kidding), that will be my priority, task #1 to do. xoxo
