Are you inspired by seventies styles? It might be time to purchase the perfect seventies outfit! Here’s h0w to make sure you come home from your next thrift shopping adventure with a fantastic seventies outfit in hand.

First of all, have your goal in mind and try to stay away from other styles (just for the day!). Pretend that you have blinders on and must overlook all items except for seventies awesomeness!

Scan the racks for seventies colors. Deep gold, browns, celery green, and bright pink should be on your radar. Look for pieces that you would like to wear out — not to a costume party, but in everyday life. Your goal is to find items that fit the era and are fashionable and flattering.

Bring everything into the dressing room and play around with your finds until you come across the perfect combo! Next stop by the jewelry counter and look for a seventies necklace or bracelet to top it all off. I hope you have fun on your seventies outfit mission. Leave a comment below to let me know how it goes!
