3 Fun Ways to wear a Cropped Tee

by Bonnie Leave a Comment

Are you loving cropped tees this summer? So am I! One thing I love about them is that you can pretty much take any old tee shirt and give it a fresh new look by modifying the length. Here are three styles that I hope will give you some inspiration when you’re putting together your next outfit.

1. Modest Sweetheart

Go for a sweet, feminine look by pairing a cropped tee with a skirt and pumps. This look works best if the skirt has a high waist (the waistline sits on or above your belly button), and the tee shirt stops just barely before the skirt stops.

2. Casual and Colorful

Pair a neon tee with a pair of low-rise jeans for a casual, bright look! You’ll be ready to have fun in the sun… and you get to show off that hot pink eighties top, too!

3. White Tee with Bold Slacks

A white, flowing cropped tee will look great with loose-fitting lacks in a bold color. For a funky, fresh look add in some over-sized earrings or a statement necklace.

Do you have some old tee shirts in the closet that you haven’t worn in a while? Why not modify the length and give one of these fun, summery looks a shot? You might be surprised at how free and fashionable you feel. Which look are you going to try? Give it a shout out in the comments section, below.
